No Refund Policy

Please note that there is no provision for refunds on Galla subscriptions. All payments made for subscription plans are final and non-refundable.

Technical Issues or Unwanted Deductions

In case of any technical issues, billing errors, or unwanted deductions, we encourage you to contact our support team immediately. We will review your case and work with you to resolve the issue.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after the current period ends
  • Your account will automatically downgrade to the free tier

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. For payment-related queries specific to the transaction process, you may also refer to Razorpay's refund policy.
